Open letter to early SaaS Stars members

Thank you to our early members who are dedicated to growing their SaaS sales and customer success careers

Hi everyone,

Thank you for being an early member of SaaS Stars. Below are some quick updates, feedback, and questions I'm thinking about as I continue to launch SaaS Stars.

The mission is to bring SaaS sales and customer success professionals to increase networking opportunities and grow their carers. Networking has helped me find new opportunities countless times, including in my current role. And I'm at a much better company now with an excellent product and a great team.

If your trial ends, please use the code SAASSTARSOG2024 for free access forever. I'll keep the code until the end of March, so please invite your friends to SaaS sales and customer success if you think they will benefit.

Quick update:

-We are quickly approaching 50 members.

-I am planning a golf event in Boston for early June, which you can find in the Events tab.

Some feedback I've received:

-"I wouldn't pay for that."

-"What do you get?"

-"You must reach critical mass to make this thing valuable."

-"You should make it Boston-specific. It's the best city in the world for SaaS sales."

-"Is the focus on open jobs or what?"

Questions I'm wondering:

-How do I grow this without "being a sales influencer" or another "sales guru" on LinkedIn?

-Should I make it Boston-specific?

I aim to continue building SaaS Stars in public (it's a thing), so I will continue sharing updates like these. Please let me know if you have feedback or suggestions.

Thank you for joining, and have a great weekend.

Sincerely,
Dave"
